Founder of JBB Knotweed Solutions, James is a passionate business owner focused on building strong client relations and ensuring the business excels in every way. He has been the successful owner of one of Scotland’s largest grounds maintenance companies, which he sold in 2021, and having qualified as a C.S.J.K surveyor is committed to building one of the UK’s most trusted Invasive Weed Companies.
James loves the game of golf and also enjoys hillwalking. He has climbed Everest Base Camp, Mount Kilimanjaro and has completed all of Scotland’s 282 Munros.

Co-founder and wife to James, Lyndsay is responsible for overseeing client accounts and finance. She has over 10 years business management experience and her professional accomplishments include attaining her health and safety NeBosh and C.S.J.K qualification.
Lyndsay enjoys hillwalking and travelling. Her favourite holiday destinations are Thailand and safari in Tanzania.

Ben joined the JBB family in early 2024 and has quickly made a mark as a dedicated trainee surveyor. His passion for the outdoors and an interest in invasive species and environmental conservation bring a unique perspective to our team.
Outside work, Ben enjoys playing seven-aside football and is committed to training in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu and Muay Thai. He’s also an avid fan of the UFC, always eager to catch the latest fights.
Ben’s enthusiasm for his work and hobbies makes him a valued member of our team and a great asset to our projects.

Linda has over 20 years as an administration assistant. She supports our operation team by assisting with report writing, scheduling and client communication.
Linda is happiest when spending time with her grandchildren and having trips to the caravan.
