Founder of JBB Knotweed Solutions, James is a passionate business owner focused on building strong client relations and ensuring the business excels in every way. He has been the successful owner of one of Scotland’s largest grounds maintenance companies, which he sold in 2021, and having qualified as a C.S.J.K surveyor is committed to building one of the UK’s most trusted Invasive Weed Companies.
James loves the game of golf and also enjoys hillwalking. He has climbed Everest Base Camp, Mount Kilimanjaro and is working to complete Scotland’s 282 Munros.

Co-founder and wife to James, Lyndsay is responsible for overseeing client accounts and finance. She has over 10 years business management experience and her professional accomplishments include attaining her health and safety NeBosh and C.S.J.K qualification.
Lyndsay enjoys hillwalking and travelling. Her favourite holiday destinations are Thailand and safari in Tanzania.

Ben joined the JBB family in early 2024 as a trainee surveyor. He has quickly combined his passion for the outdoors with his interest in Invasive Species and the environment.
Ben loves golf and can usually be found on the course or the range!

Linda has over 20 years as an administration assistant. She supports our operation team by assisting with report writing, scheduling and client communication.
Linda is happiest when spending time with her grandchildren and having trips to the caravan.
