James arrived when he said he would, and was professional, knowledgeable and deeply kind. He gave us a clear assessment of the situation, understanding our worries and answering all our questions.

He mapped out a management plan to deal with the knotweed and gave us precise instructions of what to do in the meantime. An email confirming details of the management plan was sent the following day.
